Chris has been really helpful in sorting out my shoulder and neck issues due to posture and sitting at a desk all day. Thoroughly recommend seeing Chris if you struggle with the same issues.
Chris Heywood identified my back problem and gave the appropriate treatment and follow up exercises. I am happy to recommend Chris as his services are priceless when you are in pain.
I have been going to Bramhall Osteopathic practice for 30 years! Cannot recommend highly enough! Have had various treatments there over the years but mainly osteopathy from Jo Cheaney who's sorted out many and various ailments! The receptionists are all delightful and very welcoming! Whole atmosphere in the practice is excellent! Recommended!
After seeing physios over the last 9 months without any improvement, I decided to try an Osteopath. I have been seeing Chris who correctly diagnosed my issue straightaway and the treatment and advice he's given me has been great, I can finally walk comfortably again after so many months. The practice is welcoming and relaxing and I would recommend them to anybody.
I would highly recommend Joanna Cheaney. She is a brilliant osteopath, who has helped me manage a chronic condition tremendously well. The practice staff are all friendly and helpful. I feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful practice.

Reception staff are always pleasant and helpful and will do their best to fit you in for an appointment as soon as possible. If you need an urgent appointment, they will add you to the cancellation list. Jo Cheaney is a fantastic osteopath listens to what you have to say and will refer you to other people if required. Justine’s massages are relaxing, and you’ll want more of them after you’ve had the first.

My back problems started in 1983, I was 21 years old and played tennis for Cheshire. I was determined to get back on the court. I tried many osteopath’s and physio’s to try and find a cure with no success. Jo Cheaney was recommended to me. Finally, someone got to the root of the problem and thankfully many years later I am still able to play tennis which I never thought possible. I still go to Jo for regular maintenance which has helped manage my back condition. The practice is lovely, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always try and fit me in if I need urgent appointment.

I first came to Jo in 2013 following a car crash. She has been simply amazing. She has helped me to recover both physically and mentally from a car crash which left me requiring surgery on my back. Her treatment sessions are so effective, she literally keeps me on my feet! I feel so completely at ease with Jo, she is so kind and friendly and is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this practice. The reception staff are so lovely too and really make you feel at ease. Five stars are completely deserved and if I could give more I would.

I have been visiting the practice for several years. I have recently been back to see Jo during my pregnancy as I was really struggling with extreme pain around my pelvis and hips. The difference was remarkable after the first visit and after the second visit I felt like I was 21 again … well almost!)
